Blue Zone

This project converted an existing building into office space for Blue Zone. Interior construction included adding an enclosed multipurpose room, providing an accessible single-user restroom, establishing an open staff break area, and installing power, lighting, and mechanical systems to support an open work environment. A mop sink was added to the existing storage room, and the mechanical units were replaced in the existing mechanical room. Additionally, a portion of the roof structure was reinforced with a new beam and two columns.
La Monarca Ice Cream and Coffee Shop
Coolidge, Arizona
The purpose of this project was to convert the existing building into an ice cream and coffee shop. Minor site work was undertaken to support the new building use, including reconfiguring parking stalls, providing an accessible building entrance, repainting the building exterior, providing outdoor seating, adding a dumpster enclosure, and enhancing landscaping. Interior construction involved weatherproofing the building, reinforcing the structure, installing an HVAC system, and creating finished rooms to accommodate the new use.
Pop Shop at the Coca Cola Lounge
Phoenix, Arizona
This project involved a tenant improvement lease renovation at the concourse level of Terminal 4 in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for Casa Unlimited and Coca-Cola. The existing spaces were converted into a Coca-Cola Lounge and Pop Shop, and into a retail space. The back-of-house area underwent minor improvements to address non-functioning equipment, though the existing kitchen.
